WP Engine Acquires CloudMoxie

Today we are pleased to announce that CloudMoxie, Crowd Favorite’s hosting business, has been acquired by WP Engine. CloudMoxie is a WordPress website hosting company; mostly for sites that require larger, custom clusters and configurations. We believe that CloudMoxie’s great client relationships and insight will be a wonderful addition to WP Engine.

This acquisition reflects our commitment to the growth of WordPress as a platform for enterprise businesses. We intend to honor the existing relationships CloudMoxie has with their customers, but we will not continue the independent sale of its products. We plan to collaborate closely with CloudMoxie clients to provide them with the same great customer experience everyone has come to know from WP Engine.
