We were contacted by a car rental broker to bring their 35-year business online, creating a website which utilities a simple booking system. This business started in 1983 and grew a large customer base who have been using more traditional methods of renting a car. Our client felt it important to continue allowing current customers to use the service while encouraging new customers to also trust their expertise.
Our client also required a rebrand to modernise the business’s image, we successfully created an image that spoke to both the traditional client as well as the modern demographic. In addition, we worked closely with our client to establish digital marketing campaigns to combat a competitive car rental market. This included contacting their established client base to encourage feedback using a review platform to gather verified reviews, promoting legitimacy with the brand.
