WordPress usage in Europe has grown steadily, and now the demand is turning to managed hosting for WordPress as a way for businesses to grow and power their brands. We want to serve and support our customers close to home.<\/p>\n<p>This week, we took the WP Engine story to the Nordics, visiting with companies in that exciting part of the world. The area has a thriving and growing WordPress community, as evidenced by the success of the most recent WordCamp Sweden. Next to the UK, the Nordics is the second largest region for us in terms of customer concentration in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Among those customers is Ellevio, one of Sweden\u2019s largest electricity companies, which needed a flexible platform upon which to build a new website. With over 15 years\u2019 experience in the hosting and cloud industry, he has a thorough understanding of all aspects of IT B2B marketing, branding, PR, channel and management.
