WP Engine\u2019s customer service team recently earned a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year<\/a>! We\u2019re so honored to have the hard work and dedication of these team members recognized by The International Business Awards. This brings the total number of Stevie awards that recognize WP Engine\u2019s excellence in customer service to 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The International Business Awards<\/a> are a global awards program recognizing excellence in all aspects of business operation. All public, private, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations and individuals are eligible to submit nominations, and the 2021 IBAs received more than 3,700 unique nominations from organizations in 63 nations and territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virtually every industry was represented in submissions that encompassed a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Startup of the Year, and Service Department of the Year, as well as new categories that acknowledge exemplary responses to the COVID-19 pandemic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 260 of the world\u2019s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business educators participated in the judging process from June through early August, and Stevie Award winners were determined based on those average scores. As the ongoing pandemic prevents this year\u2019s winners from receiving their awards during the traditional annual banquet, they will be celebrated during a virtual ceremony<\/a> on Wednesday, December 8 instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA company with focus on quality, they responded to 75% of chats within 10 seconds and delivered 95.1% First Contact Resolution<\/strong>. They live up to their \u201cCustomer Inspired\u201d company value by earning a 99% CSAT score for the most strategic customer segment.\u201d

To earn a Silver Stevie, companies had to rank no lower than 8.5\/10 on average after the judging process. WP Engine\u2019s Silver status places us next to some of the best service departments around the globe representing a wide range of industries. We\u2019re honored to share this distinction with organizations like Biolab Medical Laboratories<\/a>, SIOS Technology<\/a>, and Princess Polly<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
