We aim to amaze our customers with our service, expertise, and transparency, choosing to build long lasting relationships that help our customers succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re so honored that the hard work and dedication of our Customer Support team has once again been recognized with a Silver Stevie Award<\/a> For Sales & Customer Service. WP Engine earned its very first Stevie<\/a> in 2015\u2014a bronze award for our customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, we\u2019ve had the privilege of accepting more than a dozen Stevie Awards. Each one is a testament to the important work of our Customer Support team members, who work around the clock to improve the experiences of those who choose to work with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week, Stevies finalists were honored during a banquet at Caesar\u2019s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. WP Engine VP of Technical Support Bob Beltran was in attendance, along with a few other WP Engine employees, and accepted the award on WP Engine\u2019s behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Stevies represent eight different branches of awards<\/a>, each intended to recognize excellence within the confines of certain business aspects or geographical areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual awards for sales and customer service specifically are an opportunity to \u201crecognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judging for this year\u2019s awards<\/a> was performed by more than 170 professionals worldwide, and nominees were sorted into seven specialized judging categories. Each entry was then viewed and rated on a scale of 1\u201310 by no fewer than five judges. To earn a Silver distinction<\/a>, the entry had to achieve an average score of at least eight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding WP Engine\u2019s submission, judges had plenty of praise to pass along. \u201cExcellent submission!\u201d raved one Stevies judge. \u201cThis entry clearly demonstrates the team\u2019s success and commitment to customer-inspired initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
