After earning recognition as a Best Workplace for Women<\/a> earlier this year, WP Engine Ireland has once again been designated a Best Workplace in Tech<\/a> by Great Place to Work<\/a>\u00ae, the global authority on workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023 is the third year in a row that our Limerick-based team has received this honor. Using the global standard Best Workplaces methodology<\/a>, this list recognizes organizations for creating engaging workplace cultures within Ireland\u2019s growing tech sector, highlighting 51 employers of choice in an increasingly competitive job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These 51 companies, listed alphabetically, are those that were ranked highest by their employees on the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey<\/a>\u2122. The survey gauges the employee experience by examining each individual\u2019s trust in their leadership, pride within their role, and relationships with their colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor seven years, we’ve built a culture that instills pride in our employees’ roles and fosters a harmonious balance of home and work life,” said WP Engine Sr. Director, Product and Limerick Site Leader Haidee McMahon. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“This remarkable recognition stems from the unwavering commitment of each individual to embody our core values and we remain steadfast in our efforts to build a culture that continues to be worthy of this honor.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

After analyzing the information collected, Great Place to Work identifies top employers that are building a trust-based, \u201cpeople first\u201d workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feedback is then anonymized and returned to the organization for review. These invaluable insights provide institutions with an unbiased understanding of the way our employees feel at work while simultaneously showing prospective employees what they can expect from an organization\u2019s workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This three-peat on the Best in Tech list, as well as recent recognition as a Best Workplace for Women, is a testament to our Limerick team\u2019s sustained focus on building an exceptional workplace culture for employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WP Engine\u2019 first expanded our customer support and engineering capabilities in Ireland with the opening of our Limerick office in 2016, and our continued growth there has served as a catalyst for further investment in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the sixth time our Ireland team (including our Limerick office as well as our remote workforce throughout the country) has been recognized by Great Place to Work, including generalized Best Workplace recognition as well as placement on specific lists such as Best Workplaces in Tech and Best Workplaces for Women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This level of impact in just seven years is no small feat, especially in Ireland\u2019s thriving tech industry, which employs more than 100,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
