The accolades continue to stack up for WP Engine Ireland! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Limerick, Ireland-based hub<\/a> has been certified as a Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/a> for the fifth year in a row, adding to a growing list of acknowledgments for its outstanding workplace culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back in March, Great Place to Work recognized WP Engine Ireland<\/a> as a 2023 Best Workplace for Women<\/a>. Two months later, the Limerick hub was designated a Best Workplace in Tech<\/a> for a third consecutive year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, WP Engine Ireland is poised for even further recognition, as Great Place to Work certification puts the Limerick team in the running for a wide slate of Best Workplaces lists throughout the coming year.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great Place to Work certification places businesses among an elite group of companies that are hyper-focused on creating work environments where employees can thrive. It also makes teams eligible for placement on additional specialized Great Place to Work lists<\/a>, including Best Workplaces in Tech, Best Workplaces for Parents, Best Workplaces for Wellness, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be certified, teams must first achieve a certain level of participation in Great Place to Work\u2019s Trust Index\u2122 Survey<\/a>. The survey, backed by more than 30 years of research into employee satisfaction, measures employee feedback across a number of areas, such as trust in management or patterns and disparities within the employee experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies that meet the threshold set by Great Place to Work are then certified as a Great Workplace for the year. All data collected in the survey is anonymized and shared with company leadership, so they can continue to make improvements to and track changes in the employee experience over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WP Engine Ireland was officially certified after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Ireland, and our global teams send their hearty congratulations on this most recent recognition!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
