Following its general certification earlier this year, WP Engine Ireland has once again been designated a Best Workplace in Tech<\/a> by Great Place to Work<\/a>\u00ae<\/sup>, the global authority on workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 marks the fourth consecutive year our Limerick-based team<\/a> has received this honor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great Place to Work\u2019s specialized certifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Using the global standard Great Place to Work Trust Model\u2122<\/a>, including the Trust Index Survey\u2122, Great Place to Work releases specialized lists of certified companies related to particular demographics and industries based on employee satisfaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After analyzing the information collected, Great Place to Work identifies top employers that are building a trust-based, people-first workplace culture. The feedback is then anonymized and returned to the organization for review. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These invaluable insights provide institutions with an unbiased understanding of the way our employees feel at work while simultaneously providing Great Place to Work with the information they need to rank employers on specialized lists, including Best Workplaces for certain demographics, like women and Millennials, or for certain industries, like Tech, Healthcare, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Best Workplaces in Tech list recognizes organizations creating engaging workplace cultures within Ireland\u2019s growing tech sector, highlighting 53 employers of choice in an increasingly competitive job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s 53 Best in Tech companies are those ranked highest by their employees on the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, which gauges the employee experience by examining each individual\u2019s trust in their leadership, pride within their role, and relationships with their colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
