This Gold distinction is the highest honor awarded in the category and marks yet another milestone in WP Engine\u2019s history of excellence in customer support. Since earning our first Stevie in 2015, we\u2019ve amassed more than a dozen Stevie Awards, solidifying our place as an industry leader in exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are The Stevie\u00ae<\/sup> Awards?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Stevie\u00ae<\/sup> Awards<\/a> is an organization overseeing nine global business recognition programs, including the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service for which WP Engine won Gold.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 2002, the Stevie Awards receive more than 12,000 nominations annually across its nine programs as they honor top companies worldwide, making a Stevie one of the most prestigious markers of exceptional organizations on a global scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize organizations that deliver extraordinary customer service and sales solutions. This year\u2019s competition was fierce, with entries from more than 2,100 companies across 45 countries and territories<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winners were selected by 176 expert judges who evaluated entries based on innovation, impact, and effectiveness. To earn Gold in such a competitive environment is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and relentless Customer-Inspired approach of our incredible CX team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Customer Experience experts work 24\/7\/365 around the globe to ensure our customers receive the best possible support, and they continue to set the bar high for what customer service should be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A history of excellence in service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WP Engine has received multiple Stevie Awards across various categories over the last decade, reflecting our continued commitment to excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, WP Engine earned its first Bronze Stevie Award for customer experience<\/a>. We then secured a Silver Stevie Award in 2016<\/a> for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software category as well as a Gold Stevie Award<\/a> in the same category the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the years since, The Stevie Awards have continued to roll in for our incredible CX team. We earned another Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year<\/a> in 2018, another Silver Stevie in 2019<\/a>, and two more Silver Stevie Awards in 2021: one for Customer Service Success in Technology Industries<\/a> and another for Customer Service Department of the Year in Computer Software<\/a>. WP Engine was honored with yet another Silver Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service in 2023<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
