Every day, the 170 amazing men and women on our Customer Experience Team bring this value to life by working tirelessly to exceed our customers\u2019 expectations. Whether answering questions about WordPress, troubleshooting issues or providing recommendations for performance optimizations or best practices, this customer-first mentality is what fuels us to provide world-class technical support to our 50,000-plus customers in 136 countries.<\/p>\n<p>In recognition of their hard work, I&#8217;m thrilled to announce that WP Engine&#8217;s Customer Experience Team earned its third <a href=\"http:\/\/stevieawards.com\/IBA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stevie Award<\/a> last Thursday. The 2016 International Business Awards, also known as \u201cthe International Stevies,\u201d awarded WP Engine\u2019s Customer Experience Team a <a href=\"http:\/\/stevieawards.com\/iba\/customer-service-awards-winners-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gold Stevie Award<\/a> for Customer Service Department of the Year (Computer Services &amp; Software). This 2016 international competition attracted more than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all types in more than 60 nations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, WP Engine\u2019s editorially independent publication Torque Magazine received its first Stevie Award, a Silver in the Publications Awards category for <a href=\"http:\/\/stevieawards.com\/iba\/publication-awards-winners-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best House Organ, General Audience<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, WP Engine earned a <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/wp-engine-customer-experience-stevie-award\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Silver Stevie Award<\/a> in the Customer Service Department of the Year \u2013 Computer Software (100 or More Employees). Last year, in the Technology Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) category, WP Engine earned a <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/wp-engine-earns-bronze-stevie-award-customer-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bronze Stevie Award<\/a>.
