I\u2019m honored and excited to announce that WP Engine has been awarded a <a href=\"https:\/\/stevieawards.com\/sales\/2017-stevie%C2%AE-award-winners#CustomerServiceDepartment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gold Stevie Award<\/a> for Customer Service Department of the Year (Computer Software, 100 or More Employees).<\/p>\n<p>Being customer inspired is not only one of our <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/honoring-our-past-with-an-eye-towards-the-future-wp-engines-core-values\/\">core values<\/a>, it\u2019s what drives our entire Customer Experience team and our company. From the very start, we seek passionate people who carry a service-first mentality to join our team. Once hired, our teams participate in rigorous training and continued learning so they are empowered to solve problems and generate an exceptional customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>From troubleshooting site issues to answering advanced WordPress questions, this customer-first ethos motivates us to provide world-class support to our 60,000-plus customers in 140 countries and has also earned us a world-class NPS score.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, WP Engine earned a <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/wp-engine-best-customer-experience-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gold Stevie International Business Award<\/a> for Customer Service Department of the Year (Computer Services &amp; Software) and its editorially independent publication Torque Magazine received its first Stevie Award, a Silver in the Publications Awards category for Best House Organ, General Audience.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to that, WP Engine\u2019s customer support team has been awarded a <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/wp-engine-customer-experience-stevie-award\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Silver Stevie Award<\/a> in the Customer Service Department of the Year \u2013 Computer Software (100 or More Employees). In the Technology Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) category, WP Engine earned a <a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/blog\/wp-engine-earns-bronze-stevie-award-customer-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bronze Stevie Award<\/a>.
