Annette will lead all strategic vision and oversight for human resources and company culture across the Employee Experience, Learning &amp; Development, Recruiting and IT\/Facilities teams worldwide. The establishment of the role comes as WP Engine continues its expansion opening an office in Limerick, Ireland last September and growing its employee base by almost 25 percent last year and looks to further build on its award-winning culture. She joins the executive team at WP Engine\u2019s headquarters in Austin, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Annette is an accomplished human resources executive with over 15 years of experience in finding and cultivating talent for companies in the ecommerce, financial services, industrial engineering, and technology industries.
