This feature, a common request from many of our customers, allows you to track up to 90 days of common activities performed in the WP Engine User Portal. This provides valuable insights into who is performing what actions in the User Portal via an easy-to-use auditing mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>The following activities are now being logged and available for review in the WP Engine User Portal:<\/p>\n<h4>User and Account Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Addition and deletion of users<\/li>\n<li>User logins to portal<\/li>\n<li>User account access level changes<\/li>\n<li>SFTP user addition, modification, and deletion<\/li>\n<li>Git user addition and deletion<\/li>\n<li>Account Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Install Management<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Install creation and deletion<\/li>\n<li>Install transfers (transfers out and incoming accepted transfers)<\/li>\n<li>Addition, removal, and updates to the password protection of an install<\/li>\n<li>Creation, restoration, and downloads of backup snapshots<\/li>\n<li>Deferrals of WordPress updates for a particular install<\/li>\n<li>Cache purges<\/li>\n<li>Addition, modification, and deletion of domains<\/li>\n<li>Addition, modification, and deletion of redirect rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To access the User Portal Activity Log, simply click on the \u201cUsers\u201d tab in the portal and then click \u201cActivity Log\u201d on the left-hand pane underneath \u201cTechnical Contacts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Account owners will be able to see all activity across the account, users with \u201cfull\u201d permissions will be able to see all install related activity, and users with \u201cpartial\u201d permissions will only be able to see activity related to the installs they have access to.<\/p>\n<p>As demonstrated below, the Activity Log allows for easy filtering, sorting and searching of logged items.
