Employee fulfillment is therefore felt directly and indirectly by the customer who experiences top-notch support and quality results. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While providing lavish perks and great benefits are relatively simple to accomplish, facilitating a workplace built on sturdy values that maintain trust, diversity purpose and camaraderie is more difficult. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One way WP Engine promotes diversity is by hiring people who have experience with the WordPress platform but don\u2019t necessarily have a college degree.
