To determine the winners, Great Places To Work analyzed each companies\u2019 performance across 60 strategically designed survey questions distributed to employees. The questions were designed to access whether the company embodies a culture of innovation and inclusion.<\/span> 85 percent of the Great Place to Work evaluation is based on employees\u2019 \u00a0experiences regarding trust and the ability to reach their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. <\/span><\/p>\n

Other considerations include an assessment of employees\u2019 daily experiences with innovation, the company\u2019s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they\u2019re gaining consistent experience.<\/span><\/p>\n
