I\u2019ve been involved in WordPress pretty much since its inception. I did web design for a few years before moving to WordPress training with BobWP<\/a>. The more I got into the education piece, the more I liked it.<\/p>\n

Over the years, I tried a few hosting services, bopping from one to another, but it felt like something was missing. I needed more, but I wasn\u2019t sure what that more was. I knew that standard shared hosting didn\u2019t fit the bill.<\/p>\n

Then I found WP Engine. My research uncovered some great things: speed, built-in security, backups\u2014features that made selecting WP Engine as a managed hosting platform for WordPress<\/a>\u00a0a no-brainer.<\/p>\n

And I have various avenues through which to contact the WP Engine Support Team. I started with email and ticket, but I\u2019ve since become a huge fan of chat.<\/p>\n

The WP Engine support team always goes the extra mile. For me, support is all about knowing that things will be taken care of. With WP Engine, I get that. And I get it from WordPress experts. These are people who know WordPress\u2014it\u2019s what they do every day.<\/p>\n
