Tina Dobie, WP Engine’s\u00a0vice president of customer experience, recently spoke about employee engagement\u00a0with the editor of\u00a0CX Network,\u00a0an online community for global customer service professionals.\u00a0In the interview, Tina highlights initiatives WP Engine implements to keep employees engaged, including traditional perks such as free parking and complimentary lunches, to more creative ideas such as a \u201chigh-five wall\u201d to showcase great work.<\/p>\n
