Given WordPress\u2019 proliferation of plugins, it\u2019s no surprise that there are dedicated PayPal solutions. They range from simple (i.e. WordPress Simple PayPal Shopping Cart<\/a>) to more advanced (i.e. PayPal for WooCommerce<\/a>), but once set up they can be used to accept payments from millions of customers around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checkout with PayPal Button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First up though, let\u2019s discuss the manual approach. Adding a Checkout with PayPal<\/em> button to your website is one of the most straightforward ways to begin accepting PayPal payments. To start, log into your PayPal account, and navigate to More > Sitemap<\/em>. On the right side under Tools<\/em>, select Manage PayPal buttons<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the right side of the page, you\u2019ll see a box labeled Related Items<\/em>. Select Create new button<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll be brought to a page with a three-step creation process. First, select the appropriate button type<\/a>, then enter Item name<\/em>, Price<\/em>, and select the correct Currency<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
