Justin Mongroo is a highly skilled and accomplished sales professional with deep expertise in technology and innovation. At WP Engine, Justin will lead efforts for the North American Brand Sales teams and growth strategies.
Over the past decade, Justin has excelled in various roles at a number of top technology companies including Intuit, Conga, and most recently, Slack, where he served as Vice President of Commercial Sales.
Through his almost 20 years in sales, Justin has focused on building cultures in sales organizations of all sizes from small to mid-sized through to large enterprises. Driving thoughtful organizational change management with process and enablement programs, cross-functional leadership, and using data to inform hypotheses and decisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University as well as certifications from Harvard Business School Online, Winning By Design, J.B. Sales
