Poliigon (leading source of photo-realistic textures for digital artists and visual effects) Web Development
When hackers started making ransom threats, Poliigon knew they needed to upgrade their website. The threat targeted a øaw in their SQL database setup and they were told if they didn’t pay a ransom their business would be taken off the internet.
Poliigon selected 247 Labs as their Technology Partner. After meeting to set a project scope, 247 Labs worked to on two simultaneous goals: - Securing the existing site against attacks and solving urgent existing bugs. - Making a new site to replace the old one.
Oklahoma Case study
The city of Oklahoma launched an initiative to modernize its urban plans apart of this engagement 247 Labs partnered with the urban planning agency to develop the public facing website. The project included complete development and quality assurance to ensure the website matches the client’s requirements. Some of the requirements including customizing wordpress standard admin to be suitable for use by city staff administrators. Also included providing training and admin documentation for handover.
