Lorna Jane - Move Nourish Believe

Lorna Jane, the market leader in Women’s activewear, engaged iCreate to re-design their Move Nourish Believe (MNB) site. Beyond a new, fresh and re-energised design, there was a long wish list of features to both improve user experience and empower content creators to produce better content with greater efficiency.

More than just a blog, Move Nourish Believe is Lorna Jane’s primary channel for publishing content that speaks to customers about their core values of Active Healthy Living. Content ranges from subjects such as recipes, workout videos or inspirational stories with the site much more akin to an online magazine. iCreate needed to reflect the vibrancy of the brand, while also allowing for the strength of the content to shine through.

Strategy

The main objective for the website was to increase user engagement. We wanted content to be better displayed, more easily discovered, and we wanted users to keep reading after they had finished their current article.

The key for the project was to create a flexible way for their many authors to layout this diverse content in a manner that best suits each article. iCreate developed a custom page builder called “Bricks” which makes it simple to use a range of layout options in any given article. In contrast to this flexibility, there were some types of content (such as recipes) that called for their own tailored structured template which enable efficient content creation, and a front-end layout that would display consistently as the user expects – like a recipe book, and print perfectly.

To encourage ‘binge reading’ we added an infinite-scroll feature to prompt related articles to automatically load at the bottom of the page when the reader reaches the end of the article. This is just a sampling of the smarts baked into the project. It was choc full of neat techo wizardry such as using geographically distributed caching to improve performance and display different trending content by region.

Subway Events Website

Subway FreshConnect Website

Every 2 years, franchise owners and staff from across Australia and NZ come together for a conference. It's a big few days of speakers, dinners and events.

There’s a lot of information to deliver and Cre8it Events came to us to help build a great event website that was functional, exciting and true to the subway brand.

As a loyal subway customer for over 20 years, I was only too happy to take on the project and apply our web design and development skills to such a household brand.

Strategy & Execution

We worked closely with the Cre8it Events team throughout the strategy process. There were a number of objectives to be met.

> It needed to be a functional and easy to use event site for the end user. Program info, speaker, accommodation options, venue and event info needed to be easily found, intuitive and attractively presented.

> It needed to be exciting, the Subway Conference is an exciting time where people from all over the country get to meet, connect, learn form friendships and have fun.

> It needed to integrate with Cre8it’s event management software. This included polling the software’s API frequently for updates to content such as exhibitors and sponsors and updating the website data to match.

DiCarlo Property Group

Di Carlo Property Group is a name synonymous with innovative design and high-quality construction. The family-owned company creates iconic residences in Queensland’s most sought-after suburbs.

iCreate was tasked with lifting the brand to a level suited to the company’s high-end outcomes that are consistently delivered without compromise. At the same time, we needed to position Di Carlo’s developments as perfect for owner-occupiers seeking a luxurious way-of-life, and as suited to savvy investors.

We dug deep to really understand the expectations of Di Carlo’s target audience and our research made clear that the brand needed to scream sophistication, class, quality and success.

We introduced elements and textures that emanate luxury and seamless quality. Foiled logos and embossed soft cotton business cards. Silver textures, soft fabric details and smooth animated transitions throughout the website. Bold black and white photography. Welcoming smiles and friendly conversations in the videography to demonstrate the ease with which clients can work with Di Carlo and the trust they can place in the Di Carlo product.

Tide Residences Property Website

Tide Residences

iCreate is an expert in the property sector. Our web team knows how to make landing pages and websites that convert. Our specialist property marketing division, can handle all aspects of a project's marketing from naming and branding through to the full media strategy.

iCreate was tasked with launching Tide Residences to the marketplace. This included creating the project name, brand, lifestyle and aerial photography, lifestyle and aerial video and the master, stage and floor plans. These were then rolled out across a range of stunning material including flyers, brochures, website, sales office fitout, social media and event creative and launched to the market with a robust media strategy that had a strong digital focus.

Tide Residences’ coastal location and lifestyle inspired the development of the pre-release message, ‘The coast is calling’, and the launch message, ‘Drift home to paradise’. The strategy leveraged the generous size of the Tide Residences floor plans; their space offering uniquely positioned them ahead of other new product in the marketplace. In addition, the resort-style amenity of Tide Residences was core to the strategy’s success; this included promotions with a beautiful render of the pool and recreation spaces.

Five townhomes were sold at the launch event and more than 70% of Stage 1 sold in the first three weeks from launch. Over 500 solid enquiries were received in the first month from launch. This result far exceed the client’s expectation of two sales per month. Stage 2 will now be released to the market, months ahead of schedule.
