International Workplace Group - Refining the digital experience of the world’s leading global workspace provider
IWG is a multinational provider of serviced offices, co-working spaces, business lounges, virtual offices and meeting rooms. We’ve been working with IWG’s roster of brands to deliver an improved user experience and interface to key products accessed by 2.5 million individual clients across 3,340 locations in 120 countries. The first product we helped with was a refresh of the existing IWG customer app. It became clear as we progressed with designing our totally new version of the customer app that some of our improvements could be applied to the existing app as quick wins. How we got a digital campaign to market in 8 days. The current pandemic has shattered lives all across the country in a host of different ways. For millions of workers, the impact of this pandemic has sometimes meant job cuts, furloughing or pay cuts – and a definite sense of uncertainty. The employment and recruitment company REED quickly identified what this meant for the job market and the economy as a whole. With unemployment numbers going up, and new job opportunities going down, REED decided to launch a campaign to #KeepBritainWorking. But they needed to act fast. Codility - Brand review and Website Development
Adding the human element to tech-powered hiring. In a world where all businesses are digital businesses, recruiting and hiring top tech talent can be cut-throat. Doing that at scale presents an even bigger challenge. Codility, a software platform that helps tech recruiters and hiring managers, makes the process more manageable and efficient. It assesses potential candidates by testing their coding skills online and push prospective hires along the hiring funnel. Their existing brand and website were no longer reflective of the company they have become. Their online presence was indistinguishable from other scale-ups in their sector; their primary colour being ‘tech blue’, excessive use of ‘non-ownable’ graphics, and a lack of a human element to their offer that differentiates them from the competition. Envisioning, Building and Managing SAP’s largest eCommerce store
Serving over 335k customers in 190 countries, SAP is one of the largest enterprise resource planning software vendors in the world - in fact, it’s estimated that 75% of all global business transactions come in contact with an SAP system. With so many businesses relying on its products every day, SAP came to Tangent with a brief to improve the online management and sales of its huge catalogue of complementary training materials. When we started this project, the catalogue section of SAP’s Education store was flagging; it had a high bounce rate, next to no dwell time and most importantly very low conversion. Our solution needed to address these issues and automate the process behind future catalogue updates, to avoid high operational overheads and reduce stale content.
