Great Place to Work<\/a>, the global authority on workplace culture, has affirmed WP Engine\u2019s commitment to being a workplace of choice numerous times since 2017<\/a> and recently recognised WP Engine UK<\/a> as a Great Place to Work-certified organisation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To become certified, members of our UK team responded to Great Place to Work\u2019s research-backed Trust Index<\/a> survey, which gauges the level of trust employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy working alongside their colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In assessing the trust, pride, and camaraderie reflected within employees\u2019 answers, an organisation\u2019s overall employee survey results must reach 65% or higher to become Great Place to Work-certified. Our UK team surpassed this with flying colors, reaching 83% in this year’s results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
