Globally, the Best Workplace&#x2122; survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The methodology that creates the UK Best Workplaces&#x2122; rankings is one of the most rigorous and highly sought after \u2013 and regarded as the \u2018gold standard\u2019 of employer awards. Companies eligible for the UK\u2019s Best Workplace&#x2122; in Tech Medium-sized company category needed to meet the following criteria: 51-250 employees and excelled in the Great Place to Work&#8217;s Trust Index\u00a9 employee survey. The ranking affirms that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>WP Engine UK is a great workplace FOR ALL employees.<\/li><li>WP Engine UK employees feel a strong sense of trust, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and wellbeing because of how their workplace treats them.<\/li><li>WP Engine UK lives up to its company values with leaders making meaningful changes to improve how they recruit, retain and nurture their talent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0ecad4\">\u201cI am delighted that WP Engine UK has been recognised as a great place to work. Results are tabulated based on responses to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/solutions\/employee-surveys\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Best Workplace&#x2122; survey<\/a>, the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices worldwide.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.co.uk\/awards\/uks-best-workplaces-in-tech\/uks-best-workplaces-in-tech-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Best Workplaces in Tech list<\/a> for their region, our UK team needed to consist of at least 20 employees, submit a brief about their workplace culture, and meet a minimum Trust Index\u00a9 threshold of 75% for the Medium size category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#7a1ba6\">\u201cTechnology is what has enabled the world of work to evolve with pace during the pandemic\u2014and what will continue to push even more leaders to embrace new ways of working, no matter what their organisation\u2019s size, location or industry. Those within the UK\u2019s tech space who have actively prioritised building a positive employee experience and supported their people\u2019s personal wellbeing are the ones we\u2019re proud to celebrate today,\u201d said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work\u00ae UK.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#7a1ba6\">\u201cIn this fourth year of recognising the UK&#8217;s Best Workplaces&#x2122; in Tech, many of these firms experienced rapid growth, but never lost sight of their values. They maintained their mantra of \u2018putting people first\u2019, often finding innovative and creative solutions to drive their great workplace culture remotely. We hope that by highlighting our Tech list recipients, other employers will be encouraged to make changes to their own people strategy and ensure people remain at the heart of their business policies, practices and programmes for a consistently great employee experience for all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supplementary best workplace lists for 2021 have been released slowly throughout the past few months, some of which include top companies based on geographic location, industry, or inclusive diversity practices for parents, women, and millennials, among other factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification by Great Place to Work is an indication of a company\u2019s commitment to building a strong workplace culture based on openness, communication, and trust.
