Fostering a great workplace at WP Engine starts with ensuring all of our employees across the globe are engaged and feel like valued members of the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As WP Engine has grown to include offices and teams around the world, one way we keep a finger on the pulse of our companywide culture is through Great Place to Work<\/a>, the global authority on workplace culture, which has affirmed WP Engine\u2019s commitment to being a workplace of choice numerous times since 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following specific recognition last month as one of the UK\u2019s Best Workplaces for Wellness<\/a>, WP Engine\u2019s London office has once again been designated as a Great Place to Work in the UK,  the third time it has received this honor in addition to other Great Place to Work lists (including Best Workplaces\u2014SMB<\/a> and Best Workplaces in Tech<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of our London office in 2015 marked the beginning of WP Engine\u2019s global expansion, first in a co-working space and soon after in our own office, which has grown to include more than 60 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a remote-first company, we\u2019ve also been able to expand beyond the London office itself and fill numerous positions with professionals from all across the UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This growth has been led by the talent and culture fostered by our UK team members, who continue to go above and beyond in making WP Engine a Great Place to Work-certified organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To become certified, members of our UK team responded to Great Place to Work\u2019s research-backed Trust Index<\/a> survey, which gauges the level of trust employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy working alongside their colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By compiling and seeking out all of this information, Great Place to Work is able to identify outstanding employers who are characterized by a trust-based, \u201cpeople first\u201d workplace culture their employees love. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
