WP Engine has once again been named one of the best workplaces in Texas<\/a> by Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/a>, the global authority on workplace culture. The recognition, which follows the company’s seventh annual certification as a Great Place to Work in the U.S., brings its total number of Great Place to Work certifications (globally) to a whopping 26!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, WP Engine is now globally certified as a Great Place to Work across our office locations in Australia, Ireland, London, Poland, and the U.S., and we came in at #10 on the list of Best Workplaces in Texas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For more than 30 years, Great Place to Work has been in the business of identifying and quantifying the employee experience across organizations of all sizes, types, and locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s proprietary Trust Index\u2122 survey<\/a> measures employees\u2019 trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company\u2014all of which are vital to continued success and employee retention. Employees are asked to anonymously rate 60 statements on a scale of 1\u20135, and that feedback is analyzed to determine the overall experience of employees at an institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responses from employees determine rankings on general Great Place to Work lists, as well as placement on more specialized lists. For example, to be eligible for a spot on the Best Workplaces in Texas list<\/a>, companies must meet the general Great Place to Work Certification requirement of achieving at least a 65% score on the Trust Index survey, have 10 or more employees in the U.S., and be headquartered in Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other specialized Great Place to Work lists include Best Workplace for Millennials<\/a>, Best Workplace for Women<\/a>, and Best Workplace in Tech<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
