The data can be manipulated and analyzed however you choose, for example adding it to Excel or Google Spreadsheets (your call) to analyze.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re running other statistics software elsewhere, you&#8217;ll be able to upload the .CSV files to that application and generate the sorts of graphs you need.<\/p>\n<p>To get the .CSV of the data, log in to the User Portal, <a href=\"http:\/\/my.wpengine.com\">my.wpengine.com<\/a>, and click over to the Installs section, click the installation you would like to get more data for, and then select the link titled \u201cDownload Usage CSV\u201d to generate a download of your data.<\/p>\n<p>The CSV will display 11 columns of data for you to feast upon. &nbsp;The headers are relatively self-explanatory, but here&#8217;s a cheat-sheet for you guys, just in case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The headers (and their data) in the .CSV are the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>tstamp &#8211;<\/strong> The date corresponding to the site activity. (If your .CSV file misses certain dates, you may not have received traffic)<\/li>\n<li><strong>customer_id &#8211;<\/strong> your unique customer number<\/li>\n<li><strong>cluster &#8211;<\/strong> the cluster of servers where your site is hosted<\/li>\n<li><strong>visitors &#8211;<\/strong> The number of unique visitors to your site on a particular date. For more, check out &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/support\/count-visits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How we count visits<\/a>.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>objects_served_directly &#8211;<\/strong> Objects served directly from the server backend, not cached<\/li>\n<li><strong>objects_served_cdn-<\/strong> Cached objects served via the CDN<\/li>\n<li><strong>gb_served_directly &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>GB from our servers, cached or otherwise. Versus from the CDN.<\/li>\n<li><strong>gb_served_cdn &#8211;<\/strong> Total gigabytes of cached objects served from the CDN<\/li>\n<li><strong>gb_total &#8211;<\/strong> All the gigabytes served, direct + cached objects from the CDN<\/li>\n<li><strong>uncached_dynamic_hits &#8211;<\/strong> Dynamically-created content served directly, not served from cache<\/li>\n<li><strong>backend_server_processing_hours &#8211;<\/strong> Amount of server time used on that date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>There ya go! &nbsp;Let us know how you end up using this data.
