This action serves as a powerful symbol of our dedication to who we are and what we will continue to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are enormously proud to announce that <\/span><b>WP Engine has been ranked 14th nationally<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/fortune.com\/best-medium-workplaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">top Midsized Workplace<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by Fortune Magazine. That\u2019s even better than last year\u2019s ranking of 45 on the Fortune <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/fortune.com\/best-medium-workplaces\/2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">list<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortune determined the winners in the medium-sized business category (100-999 employees) according to certain criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 workplace quality questions including managers\u2019 competence, respect, and fairness in the workplace, opportunities for meaningful work and great colleagues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified\u2122 standard and their survey results needed at least a 95% confidence level, 6% margin of error.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The survey is intended to measure <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.com\/our-methodology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 key principles<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_42907\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-42907\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42907\" src=\"https:\/\/wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/core-values-gif.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"591\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-42907\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Every September, employees sign a copy of WP Engine\u2019s core values.
