Roughly two years ago, a number of Atilus<\/a>\u2019 clients were hacked. Each hacked site took hours to clean up, resulting in downtime and loss of revenue. Zach Katkin, CEO of the Florida-based web design and development agency, estimated that to repair one hacked site took the Atilus team hours, and cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars in work hours.<\/p>\n

To overcome these challenges, Atilus tapped WP Engine to host its WordPress sites. Migrating to WP Engine\u2019s managed hosting platform for WordPress has eliminated the time and money spent fighting site hacks and dealing with other site issues, Katkin said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith WP Engine, we don\u2019t have to worry about keeping our servers up to date\u2026,\u201d Katkin said. \u201cWe also don\u2019t have to worry about what happens if we\u2019re hacked or worry about backups or any of the backend. And we don\u2019t have to worry about plugins. We have peace of mind that our sites are protected and we\u2019re not focusing\u00a0on WordPress.\u201d<\/p>\n
