A staggering 90% of global enterprises plan to increase the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) over the coming year. Yet, the approach to AI adoption by companies has been myopic. To ensure long-term success, it’s essential that companies shift from a value-led approach to one that first considers the desires of consumers, a values-led approach.
When looked at longer term, a company’s use of AI becomes a manifestation of what they stand for as an organization. Consumers want the benefits that AI can bring them, however they will increasingly demand that ethical values be implemented by trusted brands’ AI usage.
