Fresh15 Cleans Up

Owner, Matt Phillips, had a great product that needed a story.

Already field-tested, he was ready to reach a broader market and a team was assembled to not only come up with a name, tagline, and story, but the entire brand as well. After digging in and listening to story after story of the wonders his odor eliminating product was a part of, we realized that this was no ordinary odor banning product.

No. Not only was it capable of taking care of odors in as little as one treatment and 15 minutes, but it also allowed a vehicle, boat, athletic apparel, and even carpets to be part of a remembered event or trip. Thus, Fresh15™ was born as well as the tagline, “Memories should linger, not odors.”

Photoshoots, graphic design, and video tutorials all work alongside the e-commerce website (available for retail and wholesalers) and social media channels to share the story and the amazing product we all tested for ourselves. As one of the videographers said during recording, “What kind of voodoo magic is this?”

From Food Truck to Four Walls, TrickDilly Rebrands

Starting off as a food truck in 2014, TrickDilly made the move to four walls in 2017 serving up a unique casual food experience. Their chef, Troy, makes it his mission to start with delicious, fresh, quality ingredients, and build them into tricked-out taco combinations that will delight the most experienced taco fan. Their mission? To create your favorite taco you never expected.

Shifting from the tagline “Not your father’s tacos” to “Tricked Out Tacos” became the anchor for rebranding. “Crazy Fresh Ingredients” was a spin-off of language and idea for the gourmet tacos and their restaurant.

We also set out to to do a redesign of the logo that was stronger and easier to reproduce. A complete brand guide with fonts, elements, colors, and imagery was built. A photography shoot of not only the food and ingredients, but of how it all comes together, the restaurant elements, and people enjoying the food were created. A promotional video, in-store materials, advertising specialties, and a website were created in unison for consistency.

Taking the Crisis Out of People's Lives

The Arkansas Crisis Center was founded following a rash of teen suicides in 1985 at Rogers High School when a group of concerned volunteers realized the importance of providing hope through helpline services to teens in crisis in Northwest Arkansas. Their crisis call specialists confidentially and anonymously offer intervention and counseling, link the caller with resources in their area, and ultimately, save lives by preventing crises from becoming life-threatening.

We faced the situation that the Arkansas Crisis Center needed an image boost to not only encourage people in crisis seeking help, but in reaching more volunteers, and partners for fundraising. Their existing logo was a band-aid with distressed typography. While very memorable and popular, it communicated the idea that the ACC was just a temporary fix and not lasting.

Our challenge was to create a bright, vibrant, and hopeful brand image that communicated the truth about the organization: they helped people remove the crisis in their life before it became life-threatening and hopeless. It was also important to encourage and excite those interested in volunteering in a way that wasn’t overwhelming.

Bringing Two Commercial Brands Together

Since 2005, Sage Partners, located in Northwest Arkansas and Central Arkansas, spent years building up a great reputation in Arkansas and the region for its commercial property brokerage services, asset services, and capital markets. In 2018, the company formed an alliance with Cushman Wakefield to extend its services globally.

We took up the challenge to not only showcase this alliance but bring their website and branding to a new level. Working with their marketing director, we built a team that redesigned and built their new website, created a photo library for their marketing department, and filmed a video telling the Cushman Wakefield | Sage Partners story.

The result not only inspired the team at their company but clearly shared the fact that the people of Cushman Wakefield Sage Partners have deep roots in the community that drives everything they do.
