WP Engine UK Recognised as a Great Place to Work

Fostering a great workplace for all of our employees at WP Engine is a key strategic pillar that’s played a major role in our company’s growth.

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, has affirmed WP Engine’s commitment to being a workplace of choice numerous times since 2017 and recently recognised WP Engine UK as a Great Place to Work-certified organisation. 

To become certified, members of our UK team responded to Great Place to Work’s research-backed Trust Index survey, which gauges the level of trust employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy working alongside their colleagues. 

In assessing the trust, pride, and camaraderie reflected within employees’ answers, an organisation’s overall employee survey results must reach 65% or higher to become Great Place to Work-certified. Our UK team surpassed this with flying colors, reaching 83% in this year’s results.

Additionally, HR and Leadership teams successfully completed Great Place to Work’s Culture Audit, which seeks further detail about all of the programs and practices we’ve established that make our workplace unique.
