WP Engine Wins Another Top International Business Award for Customer Service
Our multi-award-winning customer support team took home another International Business Award in Silver for 2021!
WP Engine’s customer service team recently earned a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year! We’re so honored to have the hard work and dedication of these team members recognized by The International Business Awards. This brings the total number of Stevie awards that recognize WP Engine’s excellence in customer service to 13.
The International Business Awards are a global awards program recognizing excellence in all aspects of business operation. All public, private, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations and individuals are eligible to submit nominations, and the 2021 IBAs received more than 3,700 unique nominations from organizations in 63 nations and territories.

Virtually every industry was represented in submissions that encompassed a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Startup of the Year, and Service Department of the Year, as well as new categories that acknowledge exemplary responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
More than 260 of the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business educators participated in the judging process from June through early August, and Stevie Award winners were determined based on those average scores. As the ongoing pandemic prevents this year’s winners from receiving their awards during the traditional annual banquet, they will be celebrated during a virtual ceremony on Wednesday, December 8 instead.

To earn a Silver Stevie, companies had to rank no lower than 8.5/10 on average after the judging process. WP Engine’s Silver status places us next to some of the best service departments around the globe representing a wide range of industries. We’re honored to share this distinction with organizations like Biolab Medical Laboratories, SIOS Technology, and Princess Polly, among others.
