Public Frontend website and smart members portal – Digitising the customer experience.

We consulted, designed and built a new website for customers to learn about this client, engage with the brand. The website also plays a key part for this client to be able to manage their subscriptions details and offers through a shopping cart.

We not only custom designed the front end of the website and the members area but also our team architected the content management flow for the client team to be able to manage and publish content almost every day. We come up with a model where by different users have varying levels of access with an inbuilt hierarchy to publish content.

As part of the brief, Mobiddiction mapped out and designed the entire customer journey on two fronts – for existing customers and for new customers who have not signed up yet. Tasked with understanding current customers as well as prospective customers, our UX design was focussed on optimising and encouraging engagement.

Apart from creating an exciting new digital customer journey we also focussed on providing a secure and well managed member’s area (portal) that we integrated with Microsoft Dynamics to ensure a stronger customer relationship.

We worked with the team at Public Sector Network and helped relaunch their new website and members digital ecosystem by architecting, designing, and building the frontend website, a secure members portal serving as a marketplace, an engaging community portal and an all connected to HubSpot as the CRM.

The digital ecosystem we created integrated with easy to use front end tools so that the marketing, comms, brand and events team at public sector network are able to easily update content. The digital system we designed and developed includes the website, secure members area, community hub, CRM integration, Events and Learning management system.

We designed and developed the new website for PSN. This also included an integrated SSO sign up and login function for members to access the members portal we developed.
