Airtrain is a privately-owned passenger railway & the gateway to Brisbane City. To stay competitive within the market, Airtrain was in desperate need of a website to serve as an informational & online ticketing platform.

The Brief

Move from an outdated CMS site to WordPress. Enable Airtrain staff to easily control & update their website content themselves. Ensure the website has constant uptime & can be accessed from anywhere in the world, at any time.

The Solution

Right from the very start, we engaged WP Engine, a top-tier WordPress management system for Google Cloud hosting, to assist us in migrating important data from Airtrain’s outdated CMS site. The challenge for this project was that Airtrain had built its own online ticketing system, which needed to connect seamlessly with both WP Engine & the new WordPress website design.

The Results

Not only did the Airtrain team love the look & feel of the new website, but they began to see performance increases almost overnight. Best of all, Airtrain’s metrics are seeing continuous improvement.

Seeking to establish a new umbrella brand to communicate and showcase each of the six unique brands within the group; UniLodge chose MyWork to establish a high end, sleek, modern website.

Built from the ground up as part of a new parent identity, the site strikes a careful balance between clarity and sophistication – using clean lines, ample white space, and carefully curated imagery to let each brand speak for itself.

MyWork partnered with the Queensland Professional Firefighters’ Union (QPFU) to successfully launch their new brand identity and digital presence, ensuring a smooth transition from the former UFUQ name. A project years in the making, the rebrand required a website that not only reflected the strength and unity of Queensland’s firefighters but also provided a seamless experience for both new and existing members.

To support QPFU’s large and growing membership, MyWork developed a secure Members Portal, hosted on WP Engine, and designed to efficiently manage exclusive content, resources, delegate details, and member benefits. The portal ensures that firefighters across the state—from Thursday Island to the southern border—have easy access to vital union information whenever they need it.

Additionally, MyWork streamlined the complex membership registration process by automating applications online, significantly reducing administrative workload and making it easier for new members to join. With a modern website, a secure portal, and ongoing support, MyWork provided QPFU with a future-proof digital platform that strengthens communication, engagement, and efficiency for Queensland’s firefighting community.

With such a well known and respected Aussie brand that has stood the test of time, the MyWork team were excited to get stuck into the Black & White Cabs project.

We were keen to develop a brand-new WordPress website, hosted on WP ENgine, that showcased both the celebrated history of the company, and its prominence in the industry, as well as the valued people behind the brand, the drivers, and their passengers.
