In 2008, the stock market crashed and suddenly, America was in the midst of The Great Recession. Sure, it was a crazy time to launch a new business, but Alexis Krisay and Melissa DiGianfilippo shared a vision on how to do the agency thing different. Better. Both Melissa and Alexis had worked for large agencies in the past, so they knew instinctively that there was a way to make clients and employees happier.
