Zygmunt Dyras is Senior Vice President of Engineering at WP Engine, where he leads globally distributed engineering teams responsible for delivering new innovations and capabilities for WP Engine’s products and platforms that power exceptional digital experiences.

With more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, Zygmunt has built and scaled high-performing engineering organizations across agentic AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and digital platforms. Prior to WP Engine, he held engineering leadership roles at UBS, SolarWinds and Intel Security. Zygmunt holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University.
