By learning more about their customers, we scoped out ways to really elevate Nido’s existing branding to capture the attention of the customers they now wanted to target. This consisted of a from-the-ground-up redesign matched to these new users’ journeys, optimised for maximum conversion and strengthened with industry-first booking, interactive floor plan availability and dynamic pricing.
And to make everything as effective as possible, we charged this up with a marketing strategy that grabbed student imaginations at the top of the funnel and reassured parents at the bottom – maximising commercial returns.
