NIDO LIVING - The perfect platform for local and international expansion (Property)

Nido approached us with clear goals. Expand across the UK. Enter overseas markets to target parents rather than students. And create a new proposition to capitalise on the growing ‘co-living’ market so they could appeal to young professionals.

By learning more about their customers, we scoped out ways to really elevate Nido’s existing branding to capture the attention of the customers they now wanted to target. This consisted of a from-the-ground-up redesign matched to these new users’ journeys, optimised for maximum conversion and strengthened with industry-first booking, interactive floor plan availability and dynamic pricing.

EF-GROUP - Gearing a group business for future growth (Business Services)

Compass Group (FTSE 100) subsidiary EF-group specialise in supply chain and business services management. 

They came to us because they were facing a bit of an identity crisis; their brand was no longer in sync with what they were proposing and offering. And as the business pursued higher-value contracts and business, their target customers were finding it harder and harder to identify with the EF-group they once knew. 

We set about understanding the inner workings of a diversified group that had lots in the way of niche services and customers. Through this, BANC was able to get the entire EF-group under one unified umbrella, with a brand and website identity that was now in line with their ambitious commercial and marketing aspirations.

DOLCE - Breaking into new markets with the right website and proposition (Catering)

After making an impact in the Primary Education sector, full-service contract catering provider Dolce now looked to expand into Independent School, Secondary School and Corporate verticals. But with their old website, they’d struggle to achieve this.

Armed with a broader view of their target industries, we crafted an elegant and modern design which played our across four precisely-designed user journeys – ensuring the correct proposition and routes to conversion for each.

Our Creative team brought Dolce’s service offering to life through innovative use of typography, real-world imagery and video content that showcased exactly what Dolce does best. The result? A business that could fully connect and form relationships with new potential customers.
