Marni’s website is built using self-hosted WordPress using Divi by Elegant Themes and the Milly child theme by Divilover.

Her store is built using WooCommerce.

Marni’s current designer is no longer building/maintaining websites, so she was referred to me and looking for a refresh on her website. She wanted it to be a bit more inviting, and to showcase more of who she is and what her books are about.

The biggest updates on her site were the home page, individual book pages, shop options and events page. We added some drama with a cool background on the home page, updated the look and feel of her buttons, added weight-based shipping in her shop, and I created a graphic of pictures of her at different events to highlight how fun she is and just how much she loves meeting her readers.

Swoonworthy Designs created a fresh, custom website for Brenda Hiatt using the Divi theme on WordPress. The design emphasizes aesthetics and functionality, enhancing user experience. Additionally, an ecommerce store was built with WooCommerce, seamlessly integrated with Bookfunnel for smooth digital product distribution. The new site effectively showcases Brenda Hiatt’s work, providing a professional and engaging platform for her readers.
