Intuit Quickbooks Connect : Around the world in four global events.

Every year, fintech giant Intuit hosts Quickbooks Connect, a series of international live events hosted in San Jose, Toronto, London and Sydney.

Intuit was looking for major digital support—they invited us to manage the entire digital execution of the event, including website, app, even digital payment processing.

We designed a complete, end-to-end digital experience, including site builds, a mobile app and assets for display ads.

Each event required a 50-page site build that evolved throughout the lifespan of each event, offering key information before, during, and after.

We customized the QuickBooks Connect mobile app to engage the attendees before, during and after events to make their journey throughout the whole event as exciting and frictionless as possible.

During the event itself, we were on call for immediate troubleshooting—whether it was editing the site for last-minute changes, or providing technical support.
