WP Engine Recognized For Excellence at The Stevie Awards

Created in 2002, The Stevie Awards honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevies are awarded during The Annual International Business Awards, an international, all-encompassing business awards program. This year, individuals and companies will be recognized on October 20th, 2018 during a gala event in London.

This year, we are honored and proud to have been awarded two Stevie Awards: a Silver Stevie for the Customer Service Department of the Year and a Bronze Stevie honoring WP Engine CMO, Mary Ellen Dugan.

Excellence in Customer Service

This is WP Engine’s 6th Stevie Award honoring our Customer Service organization, including the Gold International Business award, where we were honored last year with the Best Customer Experience in the World.

We aim to amaze customers with our expertise, service, and transparency. That’s why The WP Engine Support Team works tirelessly and 24/7 to ensure that we provide customers with peace of mind and confidence. We believe this customer-inspired mentality has helped us achieve a current support NPS score of 86. Our team is excited and motivated by our customer’s success online and will continue to provide the customer service that helps turn our customers into WP Engine advocates.

Mary Ellen Dugan Awarded Bronze Stevie for Marketing Executive of the Year

We are proud to announce that our Chief Marketing Officer Mary Ellen Dugan was recognized for her leadership in marketing and across the organization. Since starting at WP Engine in 2016, Mary Ellen has spearheaded many successful marketing initiatives. Some noteworthy achievements include introducing the first ever WordPress Partner Program, launching WP Engine’s first brand campaign and facilitating integrated marketing efforts worldwide.
