Over the years, the day in and day out effort of our customer service and support team has earned our customers’ respect and advocacy. We love what we do.
Since our founding in 2010, that team, which has grown considerably over the past decade, has built a stellar reputation for industry-leading customer service and support, exemplified by the 10 Stevie Awards WP Engine has received since 2015, which recognize excellence in customer service.
Today, we’re proud to announce that number has jumped to 12 after WP Engine won two additional Stevie Awards as part of the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service! The awards will be formally presented during a virtual ceremony in April.

The most recent Stevies include a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Success–Technology Industries and a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year–Computer Software.
The latter marks the sixth straight year WP Engine has been recognized as Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software category.
Created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide, the Stevie Awards are given annually by the American Business Awards organization, the premier business awards program in the U.S.
The awards were expanded after a few years to include Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards which are given to companies that exhibit excellence in the following areas: Business Development, Customer Service Success, New Product & Service, Sales Distinction, and Solution Provider.
More than 1,000 professionals worldwide participate in the Stevie Award judging process each year, and Stevie Award judges include many of the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business educators.
Past Stevie Award winners include companies such as Apple, Ford Motor Company, ING, Procter & Gamble, Roche Group, and Samsung, among many others.
