Annette Alexander

Chief People Officer

Annette Alexander is the Chief People Officer at WP Engine. She is responsible for setting the strategic vision for WP Engine’s human resources and company culture. An accomplished human resources executive, Annette has over 15 years of experience finding and cultivating talent for companies in the e-commerce, financial services, industrial engineering and technology industries. She has built and led global HR teams at companies including RetailMeNot, PayPal, eBay, Danaher, Barclays and Dell Technologies. Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Purdue University.
