Please note that when the User Portal is referenced below, access to these account details are only available to WP Engine usernames that have either Owner, Full (with Billing) or Partial (with Billing) permissions. If access is needed please contact your internal account admin.
To make it easy for you to update your payment information and contact details, as well as keep track of your invoice history, your complete billing details can be found under the My account section of your User Portal at https://my.wpengine.com. Within this page, you will find things like your account name and number, balance and current payment details (below).
Note that when updating credit card information within the Update payment info dropdown, all the details must be reentered at once. If you happen to see an error when attempting to update these details, please contact your credit card issuer to ensure that your card allows for online transactions, specifically WP Engine’s, and to confirm that all your credit card information is up to date.
If a company name is required on an invoice, please be sure to add this via the Update contact info dropdown (below). Any changes made here will reflect on future invoices ONLY. Also, please note that adjusting the contact here does not create a User Portal username for them. If access to the account is desired, please add them via the Users tab.
If you would like to view past payment details or download PDF versions of your invoice (example below) or credit memos, you can do so by clicking on each invoice line-item. Once expanded you will see a brief description/calculation of the total amount due, any payment and/or credits placed towards the amount and a link to download the documents.
