We rebuilt all eight onto a single WordPress Multisite platform with one codebase and one login, replacing WPBakery with a custom theme built on structured content blocks. West One Lettings — A Custom-Built Platform to Unify Multiple Services and Automate Property Listing
West One Lettings was manually re-entering property data across three separate systems; their CRM, website, and Rightmove, every time a listing changed, across three distinct businesses (student, residential, and commercial lettings) with no unified brand. We built a custom platform integrating Property Hive as the bridge between their CRM and website, so listings now flow automatically through to Rightmove with no manual intervention. A single homepage routes visitors into the right experience — students see price per person per week, professionals see monthly rent, commercial visitors filter by size and type. Only one fix was needed in the first three months post-launch, and the platform has handled 180+ enquiries since going live.
