CodeTeam developed a custom WordPress-based information system for ASOP, Estonia’s substitute teacher platform. The system connects educational institutions with suitable substitute teachers through automated matching based on location, subject, age group, language and qualifications. It manages the full process—from creating assignments and receiving applications to confirmations, calendars, notifications and mutual feedback. The scalable platform supports more than 4,900 substitute teachers and 130 educational institutions, helping organise over 100,000 substitute teaching hours annually.
