Life365 garnered over 2,100 paid appointments through the website and received a 4:1 return on investment.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington, DC (RMHCDC), is a non-profit, 501 (C) which eases the hardship of children’s illness on families through programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children.

RMHCDC keeps families with sick children together and close to the medical care their child needs at leading local hospitals through their three core programs: two Ronald McDonald Houses, three Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, and two Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles. RMHCDC needed a scheduling software to help schedule meal deliveries to families in need.

NATIV3 put together a thorough discovery with RMHCDC and began the process of configuring a custom delivery system on the RMHCDC WordPress website. The system would need to do a multitude of things: allow families login information, give them the ability to schedule best available times for delivery, and integrate that system with RMHCDC’s Donor Management Software (NeonCRM) on the backend.
