Sweent LLC

Sweent is a U.S.-based software engineering and digital agency founded in 2020 by a Marine Corps veteran and headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida. We design, build, migrate, and support websites and web applications for enterprise brands, universities, and public-sector organizations, delivered 100% remotely by a U.S.-based team.

On WordPress we cover the full lifecycle: Figma-to-code builds, custom themes and blocks, headless WordPress on WP Engine Atlas with Next.js and Node.js, migrations from legacy platforms, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance across staging, dev, and production. We also wire in Adobe and Google Analytics data layers and event tracking, connect sites to CRMs and custom APIs, and add AI features such as assistants that answer from your own content with citations.

Accessibility is built into how we work. Our team includes a DHS-certified Trusted Tester, and we audit and remediate to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA with manual NVDA and JAWS screen-reader testing, then document conformance with ACRs/VPATs.

Recent work includes four years of accessible marketing and campaign sites for Deloitte's enterprise, cloud, and consulting groups; a zero-disruption platform migration with ongoing managed hosting for a state health department; and a CMS-driven web and mobile platform with an AI assistant for a Florida city. We offer bilingual English/Spanish content and design support and take on both fixed-scope projects and ongoing hourly engagements.

Deloitte: Accessible Enterprise Marketing & Campaign Sites

For four years (2021-2025) Sweent served as an embedded web development partner to Deloitte's Enterprise Marketing, Cloud, and Consulting groups and Green Dot Agency. We converted Figma designs into production-ready, responsive, WCAG 2.1 AA-accessible marketing and campaign sites, including flagship launches for Deloitte Space, Zora AI, Climate Week 2025, Sustainable Abundance, the 2023 Impact Report, and the Cloud Survey dashboard. Each build shipped with a custom Adobe Analytics data layer and event tracking, accessibility validation with Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers, and CMS publishing support. We worked in Agile sprints managed in Workfront and provided post-launch maintenance and enhancements across more than a dozen projects.

State Health Data Portal: Migration, Accessibility & Managed Hosting

Sweent took over the Kansas Department of Health and Environment's public health statistics portal from the incumbent vendor. We audited the legacy PHP/MySQL application (413 tables, ~250 million rows), migrated it to Sweent-managed AWS infrastructure with double the memory and triple the storage, and verified every page, live query, CSV export, and county map against the original with a byte-identical route-parity audit, resulting in zero public disruption at cutover. We remediated the code to WCAG 2.1 AA with NVDA and JAWS validation, hardened security (automated TLS, intrusion blocking, patching, credential externalization), set up disaster recovery with mirrored production and staging, and delivered runbooks, a data dictionary, and training. Sweent now provides five years of managed hosting with one-hour priority response.

City of Daytona Beach: Black History Trail Web, Mobile & AI Platform

Sweent is building the City of Daytona Beach's grant-funded Black History Trail platform, connecting 19 historic sites through a native iOS/Android app, a responsive web app, and a custom CMS that lets city staff publish content without redeploying code. The platform includes native maps with offline support, GIS layers from ArcGIS, location-based augmented-reality scavenger hunts, push/SMS/email notifications, role-based admin access, and "Ask Daytona," an AI assistant that answers visitor questions from the city's own content with citations. Our design team created the UI and brand design system, and every screen is audited to WCAG 2.1 AA. The project runs on React, Expo, Supabase, and an automated build-and-release pipeline.

DXagency: WordPress Maintenance & Social Analytics Suite

Sweent provided ongoing WordPress development, maintenance, and support for DXagency, a New York digital agency, and its client sites, including welleum.com, welcometogreenvalley.com, and cbx.com. We managed staging, development, and production environments, handled core, theme, and plugin updates, and delivered feature work and fixes on demand. Alongside the WordPress work, we built DXagency a Node.js social analytics suite: automated Facebook KPI monitoring with threshold email alerts and a multi-client dashboard, post-performance snapshots at set intervals, and a Twitter insights service with keyword-based topic classification.
