You can apply to our affiliate program here. Simply click “Register Now” and follow the instructions. You will need to create an account with Everflow.io if you do not have one already. If approved, you will be emailed your tracking link and other helpful tips to get you started.

Commissions are structured as one-time payments for each new purchase.

For WP Engine hosting plans, you will earn $100 on Lite plan purchases and for all other plans, $200 minimum or equal to the first month’s payment, whichever is higher. For example, a Startup plan at $30/mo would earn you $200 in commission, but with a Scale plan referral at $290/mo, you would earn $290 in commission. With an annual purchase, the total payment is divided by 12 to find the equivalent monthly rate, and the commission is based off that amount.

Commissions are paid on or around the 20th of the month after the referral reaches 62 days of age, as long as the referral remains in good standing.

To view any tracked sales you have made, click the ‘Reporting’ tab on the left of the page in the Everflow.io interface and select ‘Conversion’. There, you can view any transaction you have made within Everflow.io. From here you can filter by specific merchants, transaction type, time periods, etc

There are a few reasons why a sale may not track correctly. Whether it is due to caching, a cookie not firing or your link being used incorrectly, our affiliate team can investigate the issue for you. In order to claim credit for a missing referral, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date and will be required to provide certain information to verify the account details. You can email us [email protected] to claim missed referrals.

In addition to the banners found on Everflow affiliates have the added benefit of promoting WP Engine through a co-branded landing page. Simply email the affiliate team at [email protected] to request a landing page and include your Everflow ID number and a 400 x 200 transparent copy of your company/brand logo as an attachment. The team will follow up when the landing page is ready.

We restrict custom coupons to our top-performing partners on a case-by-case basis. All of our partners start with a generic promotional code to use. As your performance increases, the further we are able to build upon the relationship and determine what would best suit your audiences. This is up to you! We have an extensive catalogue of links and banner ads for you to use in your promotions. Ideal locations for links and banners include reviews, comparison pieces, newsletters, video descriptions, ebooks/guides, headers and footers. The more relevant the content, the better when it comes to placing your links.

Please note that we only allow affiliate links to be placed on domains that you own. If you wish to refer customers through platforms such as YouTube or Facebook, for example, you will need to link off to a landing page that contains your affiliate link.

We encourage our partners to link to all pages and resources you believe may be helpful to your audience. Take advantage of the 180-day cookie period and cross domain tracking to boost your content and provide more info to your audience. It’s a fantastic way of adding variety to the promotional content you have in place and can help with conversions.

There are multiple reasons why your commission might have been voided. The most common reason for voided commissions is customer cancellation. If you want more information about a specific transaction, please email the transaction ID along with your Everflow ID number to the team at [email protected].

We do not issue commissions for plan upgrades and add-ons. Affiliate commissions are earned on new WP Engine hosting plan sign-ups.

We strongly encourage all customers to sign up for new WP Engine hosting plans using their own billing information. While there may be instances where you need to sign up on behalf of your client, our program has a strict policy against self-submitted referrals which can be triggered with a high volume of sign ups.

We recommend that your clients sign up for their own account and add you as a used to then assist in the management of the account and site development.

Direct linking is expressly forbidden in our program. Any affiliates found to be direct linking will have any pending commissions voided and be removed from the program.

The Agency Partner Program (APP) is designed to cater to the way agencies and developers operate. If most of the referrals you send are from development work, direct client work, etc., APP may be a good fit. If your referrals are more likely to be driven from published content, e.g. through links on your website, then the affiliate program is the best choice for you.
