Nido approached us with clear goals. Expand across the UK. Enter overseas markets to target parents rather than students. And create a new proposition to capitalise on the growing ‘co-living’ market so they could appeal to young professionals.
By learning more about their customers, we scoped out ways to really elevate Nido’s existing branding to capture the attention of the customers they now wanted to target. This consisted of a from-the-ground-up redesign matched to these new users’ journeys, optimised for maximum conversion and strengthened with industry-first booking, interactive floor plan availability and dynamic pricing.
And to make everything as effective as possible, we charged this up with a marketing strategy that grabbed student imaginations at the top of the funnel and reassured parents at the bottom – maximising commercial returns.
